to have my own 5th grade classroom, to raise a family, to publish a novel, to help people less fortunate than me, and to move to Canada.
I loved the community atmosphere on campus. Even on my tour as a perspective student, people and professors were saying hi. Being here, I have felt so included and welcomed everywhere I go, and I love the small size of Albion.
My Education 202 was one of the most impactful classes I ever took at Albion. It was the first education class I took, and as only a freshmen, I was able to work in a first grade classroom for a few hours each week. It gave me hands-on experience and made me sure I wanted to be a teacher.
To me, the Nature Center is the best part of campus. It's a wonderful place to be with nature, take hikes, reflect, hammock, swim in the river, canoe, and just hang out. It's the perfect retreat from the busyness of campus and everyday life.
